As the Founder & CEO of Biz Assist US LLC, Charlisa’s most important function is providing value and expertise in the areas of business support, operations, human resources, project management, data/document management, and market research. After spending over a decade working in Human Resources and Project Management for multi billion-dollar companies such as Wynn Las Vegas and 21st Century Fox, Charlisa knows what truly drives conversions, growth, and an excellent team. Charlisa was part of a team that hired over 10,000 employees in less than six months. Through the years of solidifying Biz Assist LLC as the Gold Standard of business support to small and large companies, Charlisa has collaborated with clients in the development and implementation of key initiatives to ensure proper alignment with key business goals, operations management, recruiting, training, system implementations, performance management, and total rewards systems. She also has extensive experience in diversity and inclusion training and creating implementation plans. Over the last few years, she has gained extensive knowledge of government contracting and is carefully honing her skills in State contracting having worked as a subcontractor on projects for META, CBRE, HNTB, MARTA, and LA Metro. Charlisa is certified as an SHRM SCP and holds a Business Degree from Clayton State University.
