About Charelle Lans

Charelle Lans is a six-time award winning author, strategist, and engineer with a passion for cultivating "Loved Limitless Leaders" who THRIVE in business and life. She is the President and Lead Strategist for Vision Strategy Management, LLC, Executive Producer and Founder for Women with Grit talk series, Executive Director for Leading with Feet, Inc, Chair of the FAMU- FSU Mentoring Program, and Advisory Board Council Member for Florida State University's College for Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering.

Charelle has authored the award winning book, “Leading with Feet”  Making Intentional Steps to Live Out Your Best” and Roadmap to Success, "Moving from the 95 who Fail To The 5 Who Succeed". With over 10 years of industry experience, she is focused on increasing the presence of women and minorities in leadership and STEM role.
