When purchasing your room reservation, you agree that:

Reservations are only available for check-in Wednesday 7/31/2024 to check-out Saturday 8/3/2024.

Your payment includes a non-refundable deposit equal to one third of the full price. The last day to cancel and receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit is July 1, 2024. There are no refunds after July 1, 2024.

You can transfer your room to another person before the registration deadline. The last day to make a name change or transfer modification on all reservations is July 24, 2024. After this date no additional modifications or transfers can be made, all reservations are final. Reservation transfers are only allowed AFTER the room is paid in full. This hotel reservation can not be transferred for another time frame or hotel stay.

You will need the following to check-in to your hotel room

A credit card and valid photo identification are required at check-in for any incidentals. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation to be able to check-in.

You can reserve more than one room - just increase the quantity based on the number of rooms you would like to add to your reservation.
