About Barbara Mason

Barbara Mason is the Owner and CEO of Career Pathways Consulting and brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She progressed in several HR leadership roles during her career and has been a senior-level HR executive for Fortune 500 companies before leaving corporate  America to operate her business full-time.  She is a native of Huntsville, AL and graduate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management. 

Barbara truly believe that true career fulfillment comes from a place of being in a career that honors who you are and what you value.  She has a passion for helping individuals get clarity on their unique career pathways and helping them achieve their career goals.  

Barbara has been married to her husband Marcus of 22 years and they enjoy spending time with their two children, ages 13 and 17.  Some of their favorite family activities are board games, traveling, and conquering escape games.
