He currently runs Start & GROW an online community where he helps employees who have put their dreams on hold, build a life they love beyond their corporate 9-to-5, or day job.

During his 10-year coaching tenure, he's trained and facilitated programs as an Introduction Leader for Landmark Worldwide, Wingman Coaching, Austin Peay State Universities Small Business Development Center, The Zeigler Leadership Forum, Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace, and Clarksville Entrepreneur Centers Co.Starter incubator to name a few.  

He's a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, TimeLine and Hypnotherapy, as well as an NLP practitioner and Master Hypnotherapist.    

He taught College Celebrity, a student leadership seminar he developed for 12 years with the Department of Africana Studies at Rutgers University which is also his grad school alma mater. 

Vondell earned his MFA in acting from Mason Gross School of the Arts and is an Award-Winning actor, director, and screenwriter.

As a first-generation college student, who struggled academically his first 3 years to earn less than a 2.0 GPA, he is proud to say he's an HBCU alum of North Carolina A&T State University where he graduated with "magna cum laude" honors and is a member of Golden Key National Honor Society, Who’s Who Among Colleges & Universities, and a member of Alpha Psi Omega National Theater Honor Society. While at A&T he won Regional BEST Actor honors at the Kennedy Center located in the Nations Capitol in DC.

Currently, he serves as City Councilman of Ward 2 in Clarksville TN, which was voted Money Magazine’s #1 City to Live in 2019.

In his role as an elected official, he supports small, minority, and veteran businesses as he seeks to raise the quality of life for residents of Clarksville.
